Digital Product Policy
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been issued.
When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances: (1) you were charged but never received a download link, (2) the file you downloaded is corrupted or unreadable, or (3) you were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@libraryhub.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order confirmation email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
